December through April is considered the driest season, but for this reason, it is also the busiest season for St. Lucia. Average temperatures stay in the mid-80s, and the dryer weather allows the best opportunities to experience the many sight-seeing excursions and many activities the island has to offer.

The months of May and into June aren’t considered as busy as December through April, and it may be easier to book hotels and resorts during this time. Temperatures are generally in the high 70s to 80s.

June to December is considered St. Lucia’s rainy and hurricane season. However, the rain doesn’t tend to last very long, and many of St. Lucia’s popular festivals occur during these months.

Yes! Sugar Beach St. Lucia is a pet-friendly resort and allows pets to stay for an additional $150 per night. Accommodations for dog bowls, bedding, water, and treats can be made in advance.

Fully vaccinated travelers are not currently required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or required to quarantine in order to enter the country. However, all fully vaccinated travelers are required to show a valid vaccination card upon check-in for boarding and entry to the island.

Unvaccinated travelers who are five years of age and older are required to show a negative Standard COVID-19 PCR test completed within five days before arrival. It’s important to note that all tests must be supervised by a medical professional. Self-administered tests are not accepted.
